Prepare Your Package

Place the unused luggage in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
